    Just started my first cycle today, so decided to join this as well

    19 y.o 6'4 and weight around 200 ibs. I just started sustenol 250 injections today and looking forward to seeing results. I've been trying for years to gain weight with only little results so I'm hoping this will do the trick. Anyone else on sustenol or have used it, want to give me any tips as far as exactly what to eat and how much. I've already done a good amount of homework but I want to learn more

    Dont know what homework you did but obviously didnt read a single thing on this site or any other knowledgable one for that matter or you would have come to the obvious conclussion that you are way to young and will only do your body harm by cycling.

    Bro it's your body and your decision. I started around 24 and I wish I had waited a few more years. You're obviously going to cycle anyways, so make sure you eat a lot at your age and height your metabolism very active. Eat lots of protein, carbs, fat everything you can get your hands on cuz you seem to be very skinny given your stats. You can't gain fat or muscle volume without have a slight caloric surplus from your diet. It is physically impossible.
