been trading the post on the board for a litthe bit and finally made an account so i can take full advantage of the knowledge available. i started the year of absolute worst shape of my life and was miserable. i was mid to high 230's and only 5'6. i knew i had to make some.major changes for mine and.my family sake. i revamped my diet and started walking and jogging on my lunch break. then i found.d krav maga which is a hella fun work out and self.defense class. i now do it 3 days a week and of them i do a fit class the same night. currently i am hitting the scale at 187 and as motivated as ever. finally going to start lifting again and get in the best shape of my life. looking forward to learning all that i can and contributing when able. typed this on my phone sorry for typos.
