My gf has been on a lowfat moderate carb diet for about 3 months now ( 0.30g X bodyweight for fat) ( 1 X bodyweight for carbs) she has just recently started clen/eca cycle but her weight has been stuck at about 120 for about a month even with cardio 4 times a week and regular workouts. she is 5' 7" do you think that she should up her carbs a couple times a week to raise her metabolism back up or what would work for her because she doesnt want this clen/eca stack to be for nothing and neither do I since she is putting hard work in and not seeing results, so far its been 2 weeks on clen.
