ok fellow mentors walk me through a post gyno scare

OK I had puffy nipples and extremely sensitive in same spot both nipples no pea size lump. No lactating. .just fatty tissue and sensitive. I took advice an layed off deca until it went away. Its been a week I've taken no deca .I have liquid tamox. What mg. Do I take to make sure its went away. How long to take for so I finish my cycle.

40 mg e.d I'm prone to gyno also. Run for 1 or 2 till goes away ( which it will so don't worry) then go to 20 EOD or E3d. . So your jus on test? What mg

Honestly the AI I just recently started because I would occasionally get itches and it would go away so stupidly didn't use it earlier

Why would you not have an AI on hand??? You should have all your ancilleries ON HAND BEFORE YOU START.

And always have letro in cases like this, so you dont have to stop taking a compound.

So basically you just wasted your first 5 weeks of waiting for your deca to kick in just to get gyno and stop.

What you should get before you hop back on your deca is...

1. Letrozole
2. Cabergoline

No we are telling you you are dumb for using test/deca with no AI. And not having a prolactin antagonist on hand. Is this your first cycle?


Seriously if I was trying to get gyno I would do what you did. High dose of test and add in some deca w/ no AI.

First nor 19.yes. look I just have a slight fatty look to one nipple.just asking questions to make sure. No pea size ball etc. So when does one restart his deca? I always read letro was too harsh. Look dude don't flame me. Just give me some advice so I can jump back in the game.

You live and learn - no need to call people dumb. Look the best thing you can do is run an ai on cycle. I personally dont like letro. I recommend exemestane 12.5 eod or adex .5 eod in most cases. Even when incorporating a 19 nor estrogen management is the key to gyno prevention.
As for right now id take 20 mgs nolva/day and start one of the 2 ai's i mentioned at the dosages I mentioned. Within 2 weeks or so you should be able to drop the nolva.
Also when I run a 19 nor I run low dose selegiline. It helps manage prolactin - has neuro protectivge benefits and I like its MOA much better than dopamine agonists like bromo or caber. I literally only run like .5mg 3x/week.
From this point forward lesson learned - ai from jump - even with a test only cycle. Gyno is the only reson you need to manage estrogen. Also higher estrogen does NOT = greater gains.
