New member here. I will take some time later to set up a profile. My wife is wanting to lose weight but is tired of all those crappy pills and drops. Does anyone have any info on whether or not the actual read deal HCG injections work for weight loss? Or does anyone know of a legit weight loss drug? She is interested in something that works miracles like the gear I am taking but for trimming down.

hcg doesn't work for weight loss. ignore whatever else you read on the net, and don't waste your money.

try cardio and dieting instead.

Bunch of BS, it's the same as all those pills and drops, no difference. It only works IF you go on a starvation diet and then it's unhealthy and you gain it all back.

Tell her to learn to eat properly and it wont happen overnight. If she wants a magic pill go for lipo suction, get the stomach stappled other than that it take a little bit of dedication and stop eating all the garbage.

This^^^^ you still have to be in a caloric deficit for this fad diet to work. If shes just looking to lose weight and isnt concerned about doing a fitness show just have her eat -500 cal per day and youd be surprised at what yoi can fit into your diet and lose weight

It's no different than any other starvation/fasting diet. Waste of time and effort.
Get started on a diet - use the nutrition forum here to get it set. then use the 5 C's- Cardio, Cardio, CARDIO, Consistency, and Commitment. That's what works.
