    Couple Questions

    Hey Whats up guys,

    I'm about to run a cycle which consists of 10 weeks of Sust run at 500 mg/week shot every 3.5 days. I also have about 90 - 50 mg Winstrol tabs. My first question is when would you guys advise running the winny? I was thinking about 2 weeks after I started my test? Secondly at these doseages do you think PCT will be neccessary? I have liquid tamox, and clomid on hand, however they are both a few years old (from my last cycle) so I'm not sure if they're still good, or if they expire over time. Ok well thats it for now, any constructive thoughts are welcomed, and I appriciate your input.

    So I will suggest that you do your injections eod. Take advantage of the propionate that's in Sustanon. As for the winny, I can't say. I have never cycled with it...

    I think that you should err on the side of caution and get new Clomid and Tamox. If if we're pills, it might be safer to have for that long. But if it's liquid, I feel that it wouldn't be a syllable for as long.

    And yes, you have to do a PCT. 110%. 500mgs/week of Sus alone will shut you right down...

    You need to concern yourself with diet as well.

    For the Sus, 500/week is good. If your gear is dosed at 250mg/ml, pin .6ml every other day. I can't help with the winny though... There is a lot of guys here that can though.

    i would run the winny last 6 weeks of cycle at 50mg/day.. and run it right up until first day of PCT so weeks 8-13 then start PCT 21 days after last sus injection.. that way u still have the winny in ur system while waiting for sus to clear..

    Ok that sounds good. If I'm going to be out of town for a weekend should I just up the doseage for the missed day? i.e. 1.2 ml before i leave to make up for the .6 im not home?

    As far as the diet is concerned I'm trying to consume more calories, i eat very cleanly with lots of fruits, vegetables and of course plenty of protein. But of course Im always open to more suggestions. My goals for this cycle is to put on a lean 8-12 lbs of muscle. I'm 183 as of today. I'd like to be 190-195 when done at single digit BF. I'm around 13% right now. Thanks.

    Although I would try to stay away from interrupting your pinning schedule, you will be fine to do that a couple of times. The goal for pinning EOD on this cycle is to not only take advantage of the propionate, but to keep your levels of test and estrogen stable...

    As for diet, head over into the diet section here and get some pointers on how to do a clean bulk. You'll want to eat plenty of clean carbs as well. A good carb load before a workout followed by some good protein will maximize muscle uptake of what will give you the fuel needed to get a good workout and the protein to synthesize it for building... Fruit and veggies and protein are essential, but no more than carbs.

    Oh, and I'm not exactly sure whether it would be better to miss a shot or double up.

    I personally would double up (because that is how my brain works, lol) but I think missing a shot wouldn't hurt too much either.
