I've tried to bulk up using only a good diet , intense work out and the "magic" down at GNC a few more times after high school with the same result. Now that I am 8 years older, and my metabolism is starting to slow down I want to give this another shot but add a little extra to my diet .
I am getting Sustanon 250 from a friend of mine. He has taken it at a 5 week on 5 week off regiment. I know I won't see the results that he has (19lbs in a 5 week cycle ). I'm tired of being too skinny to find a pair of jeans that fit, or getting a large shirt and it look too big on me.
A little about my normal week. I'm an electrician and a foreman, so this means I am climbing up and down ladders, pulling things, walking about 3 miles a day with all the running around that I have to do, and generally at a moderate to fast pace for 8 hours a day. I don't exercise as of now, but I do yard work a few times a week, and I get outside and throw the frisbee or football once or twice a week.
Here is what I have in mind and any advice would be great.
I plan to consume 5k to 6k calories a day. Is this enough for the amount of activity I do and going to the gym?
I'm not positive how much protein I will need, but I plan to do more research before starting my first cycle .
I will go back on whey protein , a mens sports daily vitamin, and probably a pre work out drink.
No trash food, only chicken, lean beef, tuna, pasta, greens, fruit, and trail mix
My questions to you all:
Is Sus a good choice for a first timer?
Is there anything I am missing?
Do I need to take more/less supplements ?
Should I take something with the Sustanon that will improve or help?
Calories/Protein Intake?
Thanks in advance, I know you guys will get me in the right direction.
