**First time posting, so my apologies if I don't know all the slang/acronyms**
CURRENT STATS:
-24 years old
-190lbs
-25%BF
GOALS:
-Drop BF to around 10-15% (the lower the better, obviously)
-Lean Muscle Gains
DIET:
-Along with workouts 6 days/week, I am doing a cyclic keto diet (less than 20g carbs Sun-fri 12noon, then I eat carbs from fri 12 noon, through saturday). Dropping about 1-2lbs/week while keeping muscle.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
-Looking to find a cycle for a beginner (never juiced), that will help aid in my fat loss goals, as well as gain muscle.
WHAT I AM THINKING ABOUT DOING:
-I have a good source for HGH (Novotropin), so I was thinking about doing that (5iu/ed) for 30days to prime, then add 40mg anavar/ed for 10 weeks while continuing the HGH.
-I haven't heard too much about sides, but I was thinking about getting Novaldex just in case.
Thoughts? Opinions? Anyone else have a better idea for a newbie cycle for heavy fat burn/moderate muscle gain? I am open to all suggestions.
