    Cycle after surgery

I've removed a big tumor 2 months ago, and now I can finaly traing again.
I will not be able to lift heavy weights on squats or deadlift in the next years thats one of the reasons I want a mild cycle.

My cycle before this was test enanthate 500mg for 12 weeks.
I have not been training for 8 months now, and lost 40 lbs(and thats allot, I'm not a heavy guy)
and now I look even worse than I did before I started lifting weights at all.

So how long should i work out before starting this cycle?
All I want is to get back to where I was, at least not to far away.

My thoughts for this cycle is a test enanthate 12 weeks dose at 400mg, but I want to run it with some EQ or Anavar
    to protect my tendons.

    Copy past from another site:
"While injecting test increases protein synthesis by roughly 50 times, depending on dose and
time, most bodybuilders forget that it will reduce collagen synthesis by more than 50% -- more
like 80%, giving you the collagen synthesis rate of a senior citizen. Since collagen makes up
tendons, bros are very prone to injury if they continue to lift very heavy, unless they cycle
off T and let their collagen synthesis get back to normal. It's like having the skeletal
muscle of a gorilla with the tendons of a very old man."

My other thought is to just run some oral turanabol, maybe stack it with some other pills, because
I dont want a heavy cycle now, and has to think on my tendons to.

Anyone got any advice for me ?

Kinda on the same topic but not really....

My sitituation was a little differen i blew my shoulder out. Posteriror displa***ent of humeral head, caused chondral fracture with loose bodies and tore my labrum.
I went through therapy and started lifting again. I decided to start a cycle of test and had to stop half way through cause i knew i wouldnt get great results because my shoulder couldnt handle the heavy weight and was really giving me problems.
Its really your call though...I would say try and get back to some heavy weight that you were able to lift prior without any discomfort and you should be good.
Ohh and as far as mine goes my second attempt at a cycle went much better and adding Deca to the mix actually helped alot.

for my shoulder i quit dips and barbell bench. I started with 30 reps on 5lbs dumbell flat bench and increased the weight every week along with dogcraps boomstick rehabilitation method. and wall push ups in 6 weeks i was able to heal up my injury and strengthen the tendons and gained my old measurements back, since pre recovery i was 1-2.5 cm smaller on everything on my right side cause of the injury. week 1 i couldn't lift bench, press etc more then 15lbs, week 6 i was up to 115lb dumbells for teh bench i could do seated dumbell press with 60's maybe more but i was hesitant of my injury

get a broom stick and youtube videos of the behind teh back broom stick stretching.

    its god like
