    When to start a cycle

Been on here for a while, read a lot of threads were people were told their too light to cycle. So my question is, how much should someone weigh before they cycle if their 67cm?

    Stats
    26yrold
    150(currently cutting from 170)
    18% bdft was 26+

I plan to cut till sub 15%bdft, the try to gain weigh. But I have no idea how heavy I need to be for my height.

Are you sure you're at 18%? Seems like if you got down near 12-15% BF you would be extremely light. Have you checked out the nutrition section to help start developing a bulk diet for when you are ready. You should be able to gain weight fairly easy, I don't see a reason to jump onto AAS. What is your training experience?

Are you talking Kilograms or LBS? Not sure what you are referring to as 67cm.

i would suggest 170-180 at sub 15% you need to have a good solid base before you start so you have something to build off and to help prevent injury from the increased strength aas will give you you might even be able to start a lil light i see your only 167cm pretty short

I've been working out seriously for 8 months. On and off for a year. I how to diet 110%. I'm just a little confused on what direction to go. Should I continue to cut till sub 15% then try to clean bulk till I'm 170-180 lbs or just try to gain till I'm 170-180 lbs.

Whichever way you decide to go I wouldn't include AAS. You havn't even been training for a full year now and there's probably some things in the Nutrition section you could learn. I've been reading and studying nutrition for 3 years now and I am still learning.

Yeah I agree, I can't control my diet 100%. I'm in the military and I basically have to eat what they make.i haven't even decided if ass is for me yet either. I was atleast planning after deployment, which is a year from now. Just wanted to know what weight was good to start. But, 170-180 is I want to be.

At 5ft 7 inches if you can get back to 170 lbs with less than 15% bf you will be close. Having only worked out 8 months your tendons and ligaments won't be able to handle the increased weight. I would give that another year. As for diet you are not 110%. go to the nutrition section and let them help you. Your diet should be your priority at this point. Your close but not quite ready yet.

Yeah you guys are right, I wasnt plan on doing aas. One year atleast. But I'm going to continue working out and working on my diet. I don't think my tendons out ligaments would survive right now either.
