How can I keep the bloat off??

I am currently on Test P 200 and Test E 300 for a total of Test 500 coming up on my 4th Week.

I used the Test P to frontload to accelerate gains. Will continue at 500mg for ten weeks total

I am using ADEX .25 EOD and HCg at 250iu x2 per week.

However, I am getting super bloated!

Should I up the arimidex to keep my estrogen down? Should I add in some Aromasin?

    Thanks in advance!

Thought I should also add that my diet is pretty high in sodium..

Do not mean this with any disrespect but why would you have a high sodium diet when taking test. Its one of the first things you should stay away from.

Drink a gallon of water a day, clean up your diet, throw in a bit of cardio, maybe steam room

I agree with all of the statements above. I am also a big proponent of altering AI doses in order to figure out what is best for your body in lieu of the compounds you are taking, so if I were in your position, I would increase the Arimidex ever so slightly. Arimidex always rids me of bloating, at the appropriate dose, within 48 hours.

What exactly is the big health issue with sodium in a healthy person that doesn't have high blood pressure?

What is there to "regret"? I am curious to know on this one. Is it high blood pressure?

My sodium intake is about 2500-3000mg per day which isn't extreme. What is an ideal maximum mg to meet?

My diet is also on point with everything, the sodium is coming from my seasoned meats and carbs. Maybe I need to switch up to low sodium seasonings..
