I know that due to it's catabolic nature T3 should be taken while on cycle. Would a trt dose be sufficient to keep from losing muscle while running T3?

Checking crystal ball...
Crystal ball is asking for dosages.
Just getting over hernia surgery and about to hit the gym hard. Kept BF down while out with diet and any kind of cardio I could do without too much pain. Currently on 150mg test c per week. As for the T3 I have 100 17.5mcg pills. I was going to do the quick ramp up and taper off but not go too high prob 52-70mcg max dosage. Just looking to shave off a little more BF. Currently guessing around 13-14%, been at 12%BF before and I can tell I'm almost there. Will also be cycling albuterol as well 4mg 3x per day max. I've tried higher doses of albuterol but amped me out a little too much.
I don't believe that TRT dose will prevent T3 from causing muscle loss. Actually, muscle loss will happen regardless of what your test dose is. You would increase AAS dosage so that you're 2 steps ahead with the growth. I wouldnt touch T3 with less than 500mg of test EW.
Have you looked into your diet and cardio regimen? Are you sure T3 is the solution?
Diet is good, been picking through the posts in the nutrition section for a while, cardio 30-45 min daily now that I'm back at work. Was able to do 2x per day after the hernia surgery. I work 10-12 hrs per day so gym time is constrained a bit. Cardio is done before I go to work and lifting after work. Would like to do all before I go to work but my family doesn't see me enough the way it is. I know I shouldn't be trying to short cut so much but I've been back at it for a little over 2 years now and just not seeing the results quick enough. I know getting older has alot to do with that and I had a lot of BF to lose. Thanks for the advice,I appreciate it
St Pete from all of the posts I've read so far on here about T3,and the profile forum posts on T3,most recommend running T3 while on cycle to avoid muscle loss.
Are you heading into a competition?
Lol,no far from it. Just trying to get back to were I used to be. I was overweight and out of shape due to injuries and then started working long hours and at night so that didn't help. So a little over 2 years ago while having some serious neck issues I took steps to get back in shape, had neck surgery, spent alot of time in physical therapy and after the rehab I decided to get bloodwork and test was low(175). So I started TRT and it's been great for me. Just been a slow process and looking to speed it up.
around 3 months ago i ran 225 mgs test/week and 100mgs deca/week with t3. With an on point diet and moderate training the results were astounding.
Yes, a TRT dose of test should be sufficient.
Remember you don't need a lot of T3 to see good results.
Lets think about this: what is the point of TRT? To replace natural testosterone levels.
How would 800ng/dl of synthetic test prevent catabolism any better than 800ng/dl of natural test?
It won't.
So your answer is no.
If you want to run enough T3 to speed fat loss (more than 25mcg), and not lose muscle, you'll need to be running productive doses of AAS.

Thank you all for your responses. Much appreciated
Not to muddy things up but what if you are running HGH with it? I remember reading you should take T3 when you are on HGH.
T3 is brutal. If you're natural running T3 you will get eaten alive and look like an starving child. When running T3 on cycle I experienced only fat loss or water loss. This is personal experience so take it how it is. These guys have given you the yellow brick road, it's your choice to listen or not.
Diet is KEY factor. keep it clean and lean and you will be so!
It's not t3 it's t4 because growth is meant to speed up the conversion of t4 to t3 but this hasn't been proven yet I don't think but it will help with fat loss a great deal due to many different factors if you was to use hgh and t4Originally Posted by lovbyts
