2 cans tuna
1 cup oat flower
2 eggs ( made these with whole eggs)
Mix all ingredients, season to your liking and cook in skillet till done. Makes 4 cakes

Pro: 19g
Carb: 14g
Fat: 5.5g ( use whites to lower the fat)
Calories: 180
Can't really taste the tuna.
