Hi all, I'm on week 2 of HGH but just under 1iu. female, 44, 5'9 140 pounds. i;m on this dosage from a longevity doc but I'm also trying to build muscle and my knees are starting to go (torn menisci in both) docs are suggesting building strength in quads but nothing's really happening. doc also has me on 1mg test lotion per day. should i ask for hgh increase? I'm all about the staying and looking younger part but i really need to get some muscle and strength on these quads ESPECIALLY if i'm going to need knee surgery (fingers crossed i don't) i'm doing weights and cycling. can't run on knees and always hated running anyway. had to give up squash after bad ankle sprain last summer, as soon as ankle was feeling better, knees started to hurt last fall...

maybe no more squash.
