    Frozen Egg Whites...

In Australia the only egg whites we have access to besides whole eggs is frozen egg whites in a milk carton. My question is after I thaw the whites out do they still have all the nutrients of fresh egg whites? It is definitely cheaper to buy whites this way so I hope it's a good way to go about it?

I don't see why they wouldn't still have there nutrients. Are they pasteurized?

I would look the brand up on google or something, I'm sure it will have some information.
