Question about arimedex

IM 32 5'10 175-180 taking my first cycle and its 500 mg a week of cypionate this week starts my second week i shoot every tues and fri ....... i was told that just to be safe of gyno and alot of water retention i should take arimedex while on cycle i already have it on hand just not sure how to take it... friend told me take it 3 times a week at 1mg on mon wed and fri i was thinking of taking it only twice a week let me know what u guys think thanks

i would start with .25 every other day

.25 is what i have to cut the pill in 4's? cant i just cut it in half and take half or u think thats to much?

As said above .25 eod. 1 mg eod will crash your estrogen. Then you will have a bumpy ride. You can always adjust it dosage but start at .25.
