Hello everyone,
First I will briefly introduce myself:
I am 31 years old, live in Australia. I have exercised since I was 15 years old.
I used to swim and ride bikes competitively but my main thing has always been a mix of Weight training and running (which I mainly do these days).
I consider myself to be pretty fit with and I have never used steroids.
After hitting 28 years I did notice a real decrease in sex drive.
Sometimes its more, sometimes less but overall I am not happy with it and it is nothing like it used to be around when I was 25 (Upon seeing anything female I became instantly crazy and easily went for 5 rounds per day). I even tried Cialis in the past which only helps dealing with the problem.
Anyways I went and did a blood test recently, the results are these:
Testosterone (10.0 - 35.0 nmol/L) - 17.4
SHBG (10-50 nmol/L) - 24
Calculated free Testosterone (225 - 725 pmol/L) - 415
FAI (20.0 - 160.0 ) - 72.5
I spoke to my Doctor and he checked my blood test results and this is what he said:
He said even though the results are not dramatically low they are definetely on the lower end of the range.
He gave me a prescription for SUSTANON 250.
I was shocked and asked him if this wouldn't affect my natural T-Production and if I wanted to have more children.
The doctor said: I will only give you 1 injection per week over a period of 3 weeks (so 3 injections in total). he said negative effects like Bodybuilders experience them will not occur since they inject MUCH higher doses for a much longer period of time. He said 3 injections - thats it! and that will boost my sex drive.
I have searched the Internet for hours and hours but I cannot find a satisfying answer....
Is my doctor right and it will give my sex drive give a boost and bring my Testosterone levels back into the normal range - maybe like a kick start for the natural T-production?
Will I not suffer sterility or other unwanted health conditions?
I am really confused especially after I saw that he accidentally gave me a prescription of 3 repeats of the 3 ampoules (so a total of 9 ampoules).
I am really thankful for any input / opinions.
Thanks
