    Hey guys, here's my progress over the last year and a bit, I'm just gonna save some photos on here because they are on my phone and my phone doesn't sync to my comp so I will lose them if I don't put them somewhere! I could do it heaps of other ways but I know at least here I'll get some criticisms, anyway, it's kind of for me, I'll upload pics every 3 months or so, so I can keep track of my natty progress!
    First pic, late 2010 last pic 2 weeks ago(not the best as I didn't do so well through Chrissy as I would of liked, lost a lot of strength and some size, set me back a good month I reckon =(

    Not sure if you saw but pic 4 is the 2nd progress shot, I was around 74kilo in the first, I had been to 83 before but stopped training and lost all my muscle. But when I started up again, it didn't take long at all for my body to respond!

    Future music festival was on this weekend! And this was a little sneaky shot the morning of! There were some massive dudes around! Makes me Wanna jump on the juice ASAP! Sucks being natty

    Cheers mate, I have put on a good amount of muscle in the last couple of weeks, I'm really happy with my progress! Just hate that it takes so long to show!

    Keeping up with my lean bulk..

    Planned my first real cycle for late may or early June! Winter is coming.. Only means one thing.. BULK!!

    500mg test e
    50-100mg anadrol/day for 4week BOOM

    mate, fantastic results. your looking really cut. from the first pic in late 2010 what was your workout and diet plan to get you through to that shot a few months later, the change is really huge..

    Cheers guys! Nothing special mate! I had Stopped training for a few months and lost all my size, as soon as I started training and eating properly again, it came back to me really quickly!

    When I stop training, I don't go fat, I lose muscle!

    I've played afl for these last few years, so that is always keeping me lean, I'm considering dropping the sport and just trying to put some real size on!
    Diet plan was probably about 45% carbs 40% protein and 15% fat,

    at the moment it's around 55% protein! As I can hold my weight easier now I'm older

    Right shoulder FFM haha but thanks! My shoulders are my best asset, been working hard on my rear delts to catch up to my front ones!

The one thing I tell ppl now, if they ask what is the most important thing about weight lifting an looking good, I say 'diet' 100% u can train like a madman but if ur not eating you can't grow!!     Hey mate, thanks for the kind words!!
    Height is 5'11
    Weight ATM: 85kgs fluctuates from 83-85
    Diet hasn't been the best to tell u the truth, I was doing really well with carb cycling but uni has stuffed me around quite a bit. So a normal day for me is around 3000cals which is smack on maintanence. Days off and training (football) days I eat around 4000 cals!

    Let me say this, I eat 2.5g of protein per kilo of weight, most ppl on this board will say 2g/lb, but that is excessive and no need!

    My cardio regime is 3-4 times very intense for an hour and a half!
    I play football, this is another reason I eat less protein and more carbs!
    You just have to find what suits you!
    When I figure out my diet I set my fats and protein and then fill the rest to maintenance with carbs! Hope this helps
