    complete newbie at it all HI MY NAME IS DARREN

    Hi all

    ive always wanted to use the gym in general to get fit but never really had the time.

    Now i have the time, i think i wanna train.

    I'm approx 5 10 in hegith weighing approx 11 and a half stone.

    i currently go the the gym 3 times per week, and currently using powerbeck whey protein and just starting to use creatine mono.

    Join the group to get some points and learn a hell of a lot.

    my general aim is to get big.


    1 quick question. On the website site and email i recieved said i could get a free bottle of something from buysteroids.com but how do i go about this and which one is the best to get ?

    i wanna try and sort my diet out as i dont eat enough as it is but all help is greatly appericated
