    Very sore after jab

Hey guys just wondering why today my shoulder is in so much pain is it 1. I trained shoulders then jabbed it after the work out or 2. As the needle was in I moved my arm from resting on my lap to hanging down. I've never been in this much pain before so I want to find out why this has happened thanks .

You're probably experiencing discomfort from an unsteady hand. The needle tip is like a blade and if you're not steady, you can cut your muscle up. This will cause redness, discomfort and a hard spot. Sometimes even warm to the touch. Remember, these are also all signs of an infection. If it's simply a damaged muscle, it should go away after 2 to 3 days. If it doesnt, you may want to see a doc.

The concentration of the gear, solvents used, injection speed, virgin muscles, and volume of injection all have influence on painful shots. Be sure not to inject so fast because it can sometimes tear the actual muscle tissue. For Deltoids, most people have pain due to the volume of injection. Unless you have cannonball delts, try keeping this area under 2ml's. Next time cut your shots with sterile cottonseed or grape seed oil at a 50:50 ratio. Warming your oil prior to injection can also help by lowering the oils viscosity also making it easier it pull in and secrete from the syringe. As far as dealing with pain, apply a heat source on the injection spot. Never ice it as this will help the crystals fall out of the suspension/solution. An anti-inflammatory can alleviate the pain and also reduce swelling/redness. If none of that shit works your gear is dirt or an infection is present.

Try breaking a few ribs. That would be considered pain.

    Good luck.
