Selective Insulin Receptor Modulators ( SIRMs)

Does anyone have any knowledge on this? Sound promising. A step in the direction toward a purely muscle building form of insulin.

My understanding is that it will bind and regulate its natural receptor the insulin receptor solely stimulating muscle protein synthesis and imparting greater muscle growth. Without promoting low blood sugar or cause excessive cell division which promotes certain cancers as with insulin.

New molecule called XMetA is an antibody that tightly binds the insulin receptor it activates only protein synthesis and glucose uptake in the cell stimulating muscle growth reproducing favorable effect of insulin with out the harmfully consequences. Didn't know of anyone had and hard knowledge or when it might be comming out.
