time on + pct = Time off
all the advice i see, like this one, is for people NOT on trt.
note: MTBiker, people on trt do NOT pct.
OP: I play this one by ear. the whole advice thing, time off = time on + pct is to get your nattty test back in line with out damaging long term ability to produce natty test. so this is n/a to people on trt.
personally, i'd say you can condense the time between cycles, but to be safe, make sure your BP and resting pulse rate have recovered. additionally, before another cycle, make sure you don't have any other sides, like ED or low libido. a new panel might be prudent to make sure your lipids and everything else is ok.
I was going to say the same thing as TR in regards to the TRT. Are you going to up your Test to 500mg/wk again during the cut or just cutting on TRT? Hard to say an exact time, see how you feel and make sure you have no sides. You can begin to cut a lot quicker then people just running cycles because you are on TRT and won't be doing any form of PCT.
i agree also depends on what you took. if you used orals make sure you liver values are good and cholesterol
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
I am on 600 test e/ 400 Deca ew 3 iu hgh ed and 20 units HCG every 3 days. a week ago I added Anavar for the last 6 weeks. My BP is still good along with resting heart rate. No libido or EQ problems. I will get a blood test but just wondering how long I should wait to do that?
I'd say get the blood test when you think you are fully recovered as per what i and others have mentioned earlier. so the blood test will confirm you are fully recovered, and then you should be g2g.
Personally, and i don't have any data to support this, more just a gut feeling, but I'd still give it a couupple of months between cycles to give your body a rest. cycles strain your body with increased HR and BP, plus for me it strains the prostate (inflames/enlarges it, but it seems to return to normal post cycle), and impacts endurance somewhat too. I still wouldn't do any more than 2 twelve week cycles per year.
Plus cycling "at age" puts a huge strain on connective tissue, and they really need time offf to mend and heal.
