Ok guys so this will be my first time using clen, just after some guidance and feedback. Im planning to do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Il be taking 5-6gm of taurine per day
Day 1 - 40mcg
Day 2 - 60mcg
Day 3 - 60mcg
Day 4 - 80mcg
Day 5 - 80mcg
Day 6 - 80mcg
Day 7 - 100mcg (if i can tolerate the sides)
Day 8 - 100mcg
Day 9 - 100mcg
Day 10 - 120mcg (if i can tolerate the sides)
Day 11 - 120mcg
Day 12 - 120mcg
Day 13 - 120mcg
Day 14 - 120mcg
Day 15 - 2 week break, repeat.
Questions
1. Is my plan ok?
2. Im planning to do 20-30 minutes of cardio before breakfast, should I be taking the clen before my cardio?
3. Once I begin to hit 80mcg I plan to split the dosages. I go to gym after my second meal. Should I have the second dose after I finish the gym or before I go to gym? Il probably do cardio at 10:30am and hit the gym at ~3pm
4. I've seen mixed opinions of taking pre-workout supplements while on clen. Should I continue to take my pre-workout (2 scoops of craze + 200mg of caffeine) will on clen?
