Hi guys, i found websites saying aromasin ( exemestane) impairs fertility in men. show i did some research on pubmed etc .All the studies show impairment on rats dosed at amazingly high levels of 500mg /kg of weight, of course higher than the 25mg guys on PCT would be using.
but every report i have found either refers to the rats or adolescent boys going thru puberty taking aromasin. Apparently aromasin interferes with the sertoli cells maturation- leading to infertility in adulthood.
But the warnings still persist that a side-effects for MEN is infertility- .
since most of us have reached an age without risk to the sertoli cells maturation, and from what im reading aromasin is used in some areas as a treatment for infertility to increase sperm production, could the warnings be unwarrented and basically wrong for adult men?
i will try to find the warnings and contradicting studies and post them up- would love some feedback from people who know more than i do - thanks for reading
