Arimidex days to take

Ok so I been on TRT for 9 months now and I feel
good, not excellent. I want to know when to take my arimidex. I will be taking two pills so I want to know which two days are best... Maybe 12 hours after my test shots?
200mg cypionate every week.
Here's my schedule.

Monday: 300 iu HCG
Wednesday: 100mg test cypionate
Friday: 300 iu HCG
Saturday: 100mgs test cypionate

I would probably look at taking it on the day after your cypionate shots. The half life of it should intersect fairly good with the peak of your cypionate, and should offer some fairly stable and consistent results. Maybe look at the cyp in the evening, then Adex in the morning 12 hours later.

How many MG's of Adex are you taking if you don't mind me asking? Any major E2 concerns at the moment, or just maintaining your protocol?

You said you will be taking 2 pills? Is that 2 pills 2x a week or 1 pill 2x a week? If I was on 200mg a week I would start at .50 mg 2x a week 12 hrs after cyp injection. Do you have current lab work?

Before you even think of an AI you need to have an E2 "Sensitive" panel run...anything at this point is speculation and not how to start out on a rather powerful antagonist.

Exactly... HCG always necessitates the use of an AI, FOR ME, but we are all different and, like gdevine said, you should have bloodwork done to direct you....

My E 2 was around 72. Even taking .5 mg every three days, so yes HCG takes it up a bit.
So 1 mg of Arimidex Weekly is not enough anymore for me... Now that's why I asked the time to Take the 2mg divided into two during the week. Thanks for the replies, I will be taking it 12 hours after both of my cypionate injections.

250ius 3 times a week, if memory serves... its been years since i used it because I am on TRT now..

tboney you got me curious. Why would you not run hcg now? Are you experiencing any testicular atrophy?

I have not had any real issues with that during trt. I do experience atrophy when I am blasting but they come back at the end of the blast.

Right now I am on 200mgs/week of cyp and have very little atrophy....Also I can live with a little bit of it....
