Torem and Nolvadex Dosage

Finished my first run with 400/mg week of Cyp.

For my pct, would 20/10/10/10 of nolvadex and 120/60/60/60 of Torem be sufficient for this light of a cycle or does the Nolvadex need to be bumped up?

I would do 40/40/20/20 on the nova. Torem dose looks good to me
