    Right now at their current status Lou would win in the fight...the pictures above are when he is off-cycle...when he is on ....GOD DAMN HE IS BIG...I have seen him in person in both ways and he is big man to begin with, but just a damn nice guy to sit and talk to also.

    Big Lou................ My wife ran into him last month in the LA airport . She talked with him for a while , and said how pleasant he was to talk to about lifting and dieting and he was in no hurry to end the conversation... He is still a class act ...............

    WOW...

    I am really surprise with the number of votes in favor of Lou from AR. I posted this same question at EA and Arnold was the choosing one by like 90% of the votes. I agree with you guys as far as all around categories I would put my money with the big guy Lou. He took alot of shit from his fans and families to get were he is today. And I just think he's the top choice of the two.

    Arnold, sorry big guy no love lost.

    In both of their haydays, I always thought Arnolds's torso was far better looking...genetics I suppose. Lou was/is more blocky...but a beast none the less!

    If it was in a Weider/IFBB show......ie...'Masters Olympia'......Politics and media pressure would dictate and Arnold would win.......But who would really deserve to win if both presentated the best physique they could on the day.....I think Lou would......just my 2c worth.
