I have read that cycling test should be the first cycle and I will take all information ino consideration and listen because you guys know what your talking about and are vets and seen this before (obviously)
I already know I have to work on my diet and planned on it my goal usually is trying to hit of 3000 calories and 2 g protein per pound but it's hard for me in te military cause I burn a lot and have to eat more to replace it. appreciate the comments
