Im at 10-11% bf and looking to drop to 7-8% i work outdoors for8 hours and hard to be strict on my diet

even if you use fat burners and get close to that point which imo is very difficult, once you come off you'll gain some weight back if you don't diet. diet and cardio is the way to go!
i work 10hrs phyisical job and i have my chicken breast in my pocket lol...
Maybe give IF a shot and bridge the time you work with fasting :-)
