You want to re injure it again? Build it back up to where it was before considering doing any aas or the increase in strength will only promote re injury.

Bodybuilding is a life time sport, once you stop lift(injury or whatever reason),you'll lost most of the gains.

    I hate this one!

Get back to where you were naturally, this is a life time sport and you do not lose gains, your body will respond very quickly once you resume. I trained for 26 years before doing any cycle and improved very decade in strength, and yes I had times off.

Once you do decide its time to use make sure you have everything ready including the time and the commitment to what you are doing. Not 4 weeks! Now I am 56 sometimes it gets hard to improve, sometimes I go backwards for a period. Do you think Olympic champions run their best times every day. We train to peak whether it be for bodybuilding or for power.

Be patient with yourself and your body and learn your limits. good luck. John

^^^ yeah All of the above. There is a good chance you could injure your wrist again. I've injured my shoulder by starting a cycle (sust actually) from baseline strength. I had to stay out of the gym for another 3 months. It sucks... but you're much better off going natty, at least for a couple - a few months. Strengthen your body and then use AAS to catapult your strength further. You sauce now, you're gonna loose alot of your gains after your cycle and just be back feeling mediocre again. You'll want to immediatly get back on the sauce.
