It doesn't act as testosterone any more than Dbol or Anadrol (17aa groups change a compound).

no you cant use it at a base of a cycle. What are you scared to inject? Because if you could find that you could get injectable test

in the states, certain states you can just goto a pharm and buy them. some require a script. But you can order them online no matter where you live

yeah it generally script in europe too to get from pharmacy, but then they realised that junkies just flood the doctor surgery all day for a script so they available from needle exchange
so OP the point is that they readily available as gix said if you actually bothered looking
