    My first cycle

    Hey guys ,

    I know im 21 and a lot of you are going to be saying that i am to young, but i am starting my first cycle test e/dbol and clomid/nolvadex for pct.

    I have been training for about 3 and a half years now. i train 5 days a week and the 2 days of i go on the treadmil for 10-20mins of HITT running

    this is my size so far

    I will be doing

    dbol 25mg on training days 1-4weeks
    test E, 1-10 per week

    PCT
    2 weeks after last injection

    clomid

    1-2 week 100mg
    3-4 week 50mg

    Nolva
    1-2 week 40mg
    3-4 week 20mg


    just wondering what you guys think of that and if i need to change anything around, looking for the most advice i can get would be much appreciated

    i have already started my first week i could even start taking weekly pictures if you guys are interested?

    Welcome.

    If you already know what the board is going to advise, you are more than likely not going to get any answers you'll like in regards to your cycle layout. You already know what I'm going to say, so my only advice would be to really re-consider the water your treading in, and think about reward vs. risk. Good luck.

    what do you mean by re-consider the water i am treading in? so is this a big mistake?
    i just want the most advice possible to go through with this cycle

    your younger then i would recommend
    your bf is higher then i would recommend
    you have no ai
    and your using dbol.
    Honestly i can see you looking bloated bad in a couple weeks and possible signs of gyno
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    ok so ill try my best to drop my body fat down then?
    so the dbol was a bad idea as its going to bloat me yes?
    i was suppose to be getting armidex with my cycle but the guy stuffed me around and now cant get it

    Yep. Dead on as usual GB. Not the best cycle and certainly not yet.

    Check the ar-r banner at the top for adex.

    I agree with all above, get your BF% lower.

    how come this isnt the best cycle? read a lot of people use test e/dbols for there first cycle .

    please correct me and tell me what i should have done or what i can do during the cycle to get good benefits i thought i had it right :/

    i would honestly stop everything
    at min i would stop the dbol and order a-dex from ar-r now
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Read up on The young and steroids. Don't cycle until 25 unless you want to possibly shut down your natty test production for good and go on TRT for the rest of your life

    ok guys i just bought LiquiDex which i will use throughout my whole cycle. do i use this throught pct as well?

    Yes defenitely.... I dont mean to offend but it doesnt look like you train at the moment, you need to do some serious work on your training and more importantly your diet. IMO you doing a cycle at this age and in this condition is a disaster waiting to happen. I hope you re consider and stop everything, train and eat right for a few years then go for it when things are in a much better state to cycle. All the best

    wow it looks like i dont train :/ really?

    i always thought my diet was pretty good as well, i eat oats , eggs, fruit , chicken,tuna,beans,salad, nuts, veggies

    literally everyday :/ i dont even eat junk food and i drink 3-4 litres of water a day

    im not even making this up at all :/

    Post your diet including macro's, and your stats, in the Nutrition Resource Forum and we'll try and get 20lbs of fat off you!

    Again I dont mean to sound harsh but yeah it doesnt look like you train. I would highly recommend that you stop the cycle, spend a whole lot of time in the diet section (posting everything you eat in a day, times, grams, macros) Hit the cardio real hard and maybe look into some adjustments in your lifting routines. Everything yo uneed is right here and available to you.

    Dont stress when I first arrived and realised I wasnt ready I spent the next year in the diet forum learning everything I could and im glad I waited.

    Dont stress mate, there is a lot of good and highly knowledgable guys on here that are more than willing to help anyone that is prepared to listen and will take good advice rather than waiting for that one poster that comes along and says you gtg.

    Your diet is the key, im no expert there but post up everything you eat and when the say macros they mean specific amounts of protein, carbs and fat.

    Stats are:
    Age:
    Height:
    Weight:
    bodyfat:
    Training experience:

    Might as well throw in your goals as well, this will assist in what type of diet you follow and the quantities of everything

    You aren't too deep at all. . . Stop, clean down your diet, train and research a ton of info. Juice is not a miracle drug by any means. Yet it does work, but if you don't have the supporting shit that it needs you will wind up worse than you are now.


    We all want to just jump on and get swoled up within months if not faster. But, it just doesn't work that way.

    Here is a start:

    Get a solid workout routine going(depending on what you are trying to achieve)
    Start a solid diet plan(the more solid the better, unless you like fat and gyno)
    Do this for a few years, by then you will know exactly what you are doing and you will be older to handle the juice better.
