With clen it is used in such small doses (.1 - .5 ml) I feel like squeezing it on my tongue it doesn't all get absorbed.
Am I just being paranoid? Should I do it under my tongue?

i just swallow it. And yes your being paranoid
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
