knot in glute ?

I've got a knot at the injection site on my left glute . Is this anything to be worried about ? It dosent hurt that bad . I been taking test 500 at 1/2ml twice a week alternating sites . This is my 3rd week and only problem so far .

A knot or a welt? Is it red, bruised, warm to touch?

I don't think i've ever gotten a knot in my glute. AND i've pinned 5ml in a single pin before.
keep an eye on it. if it gets red, sensitive, and/or warm, you couuld have an infection. seems doubtful though if you were following a sterile injection protocol.

Sounds to me like a hematoma or abscess but I need a better description to diagnose.

Could just be 23 yr old virgin muscle. Rub the knot out. I should disperse

Its not red or anything like that . It just feels like a knot . I've been rubbing it out its gettin better . Just wondering if there was a reason for it. Everything is sterile , ur right prob my virgin muscle lol

I've put on 9 pounds the past 3 week n its def not fat . I think its coming along pretty good

Don't pin where you cant keep a steady hand. Plenty of other spots to rotate.

Ok cool , thanks on the input . Can u recommend another site besides my glutes with a 23g 1 1/2" . Where I'm are Probley the best way to go huh ?

I don't use 1.5" ever. I'll pin my neck before I do glutes. Cant keep a steady hand there. I use 1" 23g for everything, draw and pin. I do Delts, Quads, Lats and Traps. Thats 8 spots to rotate. Tried calves..... ONCE! never again.
