    my daily maitenance diet !! (your thoughts)

    6 egg white/1 yolk omlett and i cup oatmeal with a scoop of wpi and a multi vitamin
    1 protein shake (after training) 2 scoops wpi/10grams creatine
    6egg white/half cup oatmeal omlett
    300grams chicken breast or 2 tins tuna, 1 cup cooked brown rice
    1protein bar (just to keep me goin)
    300grams chicken breast or 2 tins tuna 1 cup cooked brown rice
    1 bowl fruit salad with yoghurt/half scoop wpi,almonds,walnuts(mixed in)
    1 protein shake/2 scoops wpi
    300gram steak with 1 bowl steamed broccoli
    small palm full of almonds and walnuts(after dinner snack)
    1 protein shake/2 scoops of wpi/10grams creatine(before bed)

    Food choices look decent. Other than that, there's nothing to comment on without knowing the above requested info.
