    Agreed^^^^

Remember OP, less fat & carbs can good or bad. Utilize these 2 macronutrients in a way to benefit you! Fat and carbs are NOT the enemy!

Oh forgot to add input on the supp. I've heard good reviews on the company although never tried the supplement either. Not a big fan of oTC thermogenic/sympathommetics or any fat loss agents. But pure ephedrine/albuterol are solid as they come.

Not all fat are created equal. Reduce saturated fats.

Eat low GI carbs and cut high GI carbs from your diet.

Fasted cardio always worked best for me. I'd recommend it.

    Wouldn't bother with it.
As mentioned; ECA, Clen or Albute would all do a superior job.

cutting carbs and fats is good, but cutting the bad carbs and fats, so switching from simple to more complex, and better fats like fish oils, avocados cashews. Instead of just eating like fatty peanut butter and other high trans fatty foods

Statement, meant to say what I was doing like not cutting out carbs and fats completely just eating better carbs and fats

How about you give us your stats and diet breakdown. No point supplementing with far burners if your diet is out of whack.
