    cortisol and diet

i am wondering how you guys supplement with food or vitamins, to keep cortisol down/low. i hear vitamin C is one, but how many grams a day would one need to take? what are some other ways in which to get cortisol down?

Eating a good meal in the morning is one surefire way. Aside from Vitamin C, look into supplementing with DHEA first thing in the morning which will help blunt cortisol. Order it while you can still do so legally!!
