Thread: New to this whole thing...

    New to this whole thing...

    I've been working out using creatine for a while and the results are okay, but i hate the swollen look that i get in my face... I want to start a cycle but I have nooo clue where to start. I'm 5'9 and have about 15% body fat... My main goal is to get all around growth but at the same time i want to work down my bmi.... any suggestions?

    Welcome... Since you're only 19 cycling is not for you right now. The proper training routine & eating plan will do you well and when you hit 25 you'll be ready for your 1st cycle. In the meantime hit the training & nutrition forums.

    Welcome to the board mate!
    Unfortunately, brazey is right about waiting til your mid twenties. Reason is your hormonal system is still developing and steroids now will shut down your natural test production, which could stunt the development of your hormonal system. HPTA system usually finishes maturing somewhere around mid twenties.
    I wish it weren't so, but there it is.
