8th week of Test E, tips of nipples sensitive. Up adex or low dose nolva?

So Im on my 8th week now, great gains. Past couple days just the tips of my nipple have been a bit tender/sensitive. Nipple are a little puffy, but could just be body fat think Im around 14%, no lumps. Taking .5mg adex EOD. Got nolva and clomid on hand. Should I low dose one of those or take higher dose of adex?

I've asked that same question myself and I was told to take nolva 10mg ed until a week after sides dissapear.
