Hi
I am 55 5ft 10in and 80kg. Been taking HGH for about 6 weeks and noticing reduction in BF. Any suggestions to complement the HGH. I am not wanting to bulk muscle, just lean muscle, toned. I currently workout in the gym 3 - 4 days per week. Run 15k or Bike 50k everyday day and swim most days. Need more energy and more sexual desire I guess. If you need more info please ask, and suggestions please.
