HGH 10ius a day?? Is this crazy ??
I would never risk it - Im just curious if my guy is pulling my leg or not - but he claims to have done a month of HGH at 10 IUS a day (he has been on GH abouut 4 years tho before this).... He said he saw no sides and it shredded him up good and changed his whole body....anyone heard of anyone else doing this much ??

Lots of people do it, But not in the beginning.... Most guys start 4 iu's or so..... 5 or 6 is more common then 10.

I've heard about guys using as much as 16ui per day. I think anything more than 5-6iu per day is pointless and the risks out weigh the benefits.Originally Posted by DigitalGorilla

Yup, it's totally doable. I would say it's crazy if he is doing that over the long term.
I'm currently using HGH right now at 5iu per day, getting some great steady fat loss. I am going to be increasing it to 8iu a day in a week, but I am only going to be doing 8iu a day for a few weeks to lean out even faster before I drop right down to 4iu a day and steadily cruise at that dose.
I've known competitive bodybuilders who did 15iu per day.

Ramped up to 1o ius a day. But it made my fingers and toes hard to bend. Almost a swollen feeling. 8 is great. 4 in the morn 4 at night.

Damn...I was under the impression 6 or 7 was the max....I take 4 now - 2ius twice a day

You know what's funny? I have never gotten any of these major CTS issues with the bloated hands/feet and people saying their joints 'got hit with a hammer' feeling, etc.
I started at 4iu per day, and got some pins and needles feeling in and around my thumb of my left hand whenever I squeezed a fist. Eventually it went away though after using for a while. Went up to 5iu a day a couple weeks ago and I feel fine. No CTS issues.

I get some numbness, and tingles once in a while....and it does hurt to keep a tight grip after a minute or so

Check your BP occasionally if you run 6uis. Should be fine but over 5uis BP can start to elevate.

When first starting out at 4iu's a day, will you notice fat reduction? I know its best to stay on 6+ months at a time. Also what is the typical increase in weight at that level, or is it dependent on the person? Sorry dont mean to hijack the thread, but its easier then starting a new one.

This thread has definitely taken a turn. Now to contribute. I live in Thailand for 13 years and if you can get to the right place, Samui last month for instance, anywhere in Phuket till November (low season) you can get hookers for about 10-15 bucks. If your willing to tolerate them clinging a little they're easy to get for free. I've got one from Samui currently camped out in my house right now. But that's here. As far as the wife thing goes, I have a dive shop and they say if it fvcks, floats or flies it's MUCH better/cheaper to rent...
Oh, and I do 8 i.u.'s Mon-Fri for 8 weeks, then roll it down to 4 for 2 weeks, then back up to 8. Along with my AAS...

Yea, it used to be very distracting. Try maintaining a work/workout/diet regime with that option looming in the background. I live in Koh Tao where there isn't such a vast number of hookers, but it's only a 2 hour boat ride away. It's really a numbers thing. Say there's 50,000 hookers and 3-400 tourists in the low season. Mine eats between 1-1.50 dollars worth of food a day, doesn't drink and smokes a pack of cigarettes a week. That red package is strawberry flavored ass lube. Sorry if I broke some rules and went off topic. I shall not offend again...

as for hookers, my experience best quality to price ratio I have seen is Cyprus. Bangin little 20 yr old Eastern European for 200-300 US a night.
