    Always feel bloated!

    Hi,
    Stats : 20 years old, 5 feet 11, 200 pounds, 13-14 % bf!
I got an issue with being bloated, everytime I eat bread, milk or chicken, I get bloated very fast! I get the usual bodybuilder pregnant belly, a set of abs but bloated! It's frustrating before workouts and I end up having tuna with veggies! Any supps that would help? Do I need to cut bread and milk?

    Thanks for the tips!

I am interested to hear responses as well.

I get gorilla gut even when I don't eat a large amount of food. It is gone in the morning, but starts to stick out as soon as I start to eat.

i notice my stomach gets fuller after i eat, but I wouldn't describe as bloated.....except if I eat bread...i think it is the yeast that causes this for me....could also be a food allergy or glutten sensitivity

^^this. Bread bloats most people, particularly white bread. Also, most people have a problem digesting milk, to some degree.

Sucrose and maltose give me all sorts of problems!

Just change your carb sources, there are far better alternatives to bread!!!!

Exactly! I feel my abs "tight" in the morning, but as soon as I take some food - bloat - I haven't had eggs for a long time bc I get gastric issues and also the bloat!

I never have white bread - I always eat pumpernickle bread!
