    First Cycle, cutting to a leaner stronger me! tell me what you think.

    30 years old 255lbs, 27% BF, 6'0" tall, Ive been training for close to two years now. A year and a half ago I started P90X at 331lbs, 6 weeks in I was down to 319lbs.and injured my back and stopped P90X. At the begining of this year I started a 60 day juice fast along with circuit/MMA style training 5 days a week and 30 minutes of cardio a day, and am now down to 250/255lbs. Im off the juice fast and am eating a high fruit/veggie diet during the day and a regular family dinner at night. I would like to get down to a solid 200lbs eventually with a lot of hard work and determination. I plan on starting over on P90X six days a week and freeweights 3 days a week all while following a high fruit diet and partial P90X meal plan. I will be taking protein powder and protein bars as a snack and supliment, my recovery drink will be coconut water and wheatgrass. Please tell mewhat you think.

    weeks 1-12 Test E, 500mg a week, split between monday and thursday
    weeks 1-14 (AI) liquidex at .25mg ED
    start pct 14 days after last injection weeks 16-18

    Cycle looks good, BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR DIET IN CHECK WITH BF AT 15% OR LESS.You risk higher and more side effects from the cycle. Clen can be ran 2weeks on, then off. And repeated. Can also be ran straight through with ketoflen added with it. I would also start clen at 20mcg's and each day increase to 120mcg's. I say this because the effects are to much for some.


    Oh your AI should be every other day at that dose. You can do each day but at 12.5 each day.


    Lastly I really think you should have your diet spot on before starting. Your bf really should be lower. Diet, training, cardio should be key always.

    My friend started clen at a BF% over 20% and had some heart issues and had to stop. I am in no way trying to give advice either way because I am learning myself, I am just giving you a heads up on the experience he had with it. His BP and heart rate got so badly out of hand, he had to go to the ER after a few days of starting. If you insisted and didnt care about what could happen, I would start it low and slow just to see how you respond. Like I said, I really cant give advice either way since I have not personally used clen. I would try to lose a bit more weight though if it were me, just in case. Good luck.

    Our diet section on this site is great. Very Helpful. Big thing is eating clean and drinking a gallon+ of water a day. Does wonders. Your weight training and cardio should be very good also before you start a cycle.

    And yes clen raises your body temp. Increases your heart rate as well as blood pressure. There can be alot of sides with clen. Research and see if that is really what you want to do. Ive run it before. I dont and wont run T3 only because Im not screwing around with my thyroid ever.

    So......Im scheduling an appointment for a full physical and bloodwork to be done. During the month of August (or as long as it takes) I plan on doing a cardio blast month. 5 to 6 days a week 1 hour of cardio in the morning which could be anything from running, kenpo X, Cardio X, Turbo fire or bicycle, 20-30 minutes of running in the evening, and weight training 3 times a week (high rep/low weight). Diet will be fresh vegetable juice meal replacement 2 meals a day and a lean low fat dinner which would be something like lean protein, brown rice, steamed viggie or kale salad marinated in a sesame oil vinagerette with 6 0z of chicken. As far as suppliments go Im looking to take some liquid aminos and a low carb/no sugar whey.

    My goal from all of this is to be 230lbs or lower and 20% body fat or lower. If I can reach these goals then I will re-evaluate and more than likely start my first cycle as I am anxious to do so.

    Tell mewhat you think?

    I also ordered some clen,T3 and taurine to help with the boost but it seems like this might not be a good idea yet. any thoughts?
