    First Cycle

Hey guys I'm thinking of running Equipoise 300mg with Test-E 300 mg for 10 weeks and stacking it with dbol 50mg (for the first five weeks) as my first cycle. Any one have any suggestions. Ive done my research but I just want to see if anyone has had any luck with this similar stack or has any advice.

    Thanks

If you have done you're research you'd know that 300mg of Eq isn't gonna cut it, and due to its long eater should be run at least 12 weeks, preferably 15. What are your stats, diet, cycle history? Friendly advice, you need to do a lot more research, this is a great place to start.

    Welcome powerup28,

It's not wise to cycle at 19 years old. You have natural testosterone flowing and still more to come! Cycling now will shut you down and the potential of irreversible damage to your HPTA is certainly possible. At this stage in your life it's best to consult with the nutrition experts in the nutrition section of this forum. They will help you adjust your diet so that you maximize your gains. Even AAS will not help you without proper nutrition. Forget the shortcuts, there is no such thing.

    Good luck.

I also see that you're only 19. Most people here are goIng to tell you that you're to young to use AAS, the risk of permenantly damaging your endocrine system outweighs any potential benefit. Besides, you're natural test should be through the roof. If you can learn to eat and train properly you'll make gains like a 30 year old might make ON cycle. Or you can shoot some oil in your ass and risk shutting down your own natural test production indefinitely. Visit he nutrition forum, and start learning to eat and train. You've got a solid 5 or 6 years to learn before your endocrine system is finished developing. What's the point of being a juiced up 19 year old if you can't bang 19 year old girls cause your dick won't stand to attention any more?

    Mate,
There is a big difference between a first cycle and "all the rest". Your first cycle should be test only so you know what it does, and what you can expect from it. It is the foundation to any stack. I always like to take the cautious approach, and use a scientific approach. Ever take science in college? If so, you would know you should only introduce one unknown variable/compound into an equation/system at a time. Once you get a clear understanding of what testosterone does, then you may go on and introduce a second chemical into a system/(your body). Why? Suppose your legs start bloating. With your stack, are you going to know if it's the test, the EQ or the Dbol? The answer is you will not know, not on a first cycle. If you follow my advice, and start with test, and then a second cycle of test + dbol, and then the swelling starts, then you can confidently say that it is the dbol, since the first cycle of test only had no adverse reactions.
But the reaction may not be bloating. It may be headaches, or huge increase in blood pressure, or maybe your dick falls off (ok, that's a little far fetched). but your approach leaves you blind and guessing.
Go slow and live to cycle another day!

and i just noticed you are 19, so not a good idea to be cycling in the first place.
