been browsing for a while, thought i'd become a member. 5'9" approx 175-180 lbs just coming off some serious knee issues(3 surgeries less than a year). I'm about I'm ten months out from my last one(ACL reconstruction) looking to get faster and stronger. Got some things lined up, just looking for advice. Also former endurance athlete looking to race again(and compete) before the inevitable knee arthritis sets in.
one more thing I read something about shorter length cycles 6-8 wks(perhaps) would that work for a long ester test?
