Another Blood Work for Bass!

guys, i am doing a complete male hormone panel this Friday, the difference in this BW is i am dong two E2 tests, one is the ultra sensitive and the other is regular Estradiol. just want to see how they compare! besides i want to see how my eod test/hCG protocol is holding up, been doing 24 mgs test eod, eod in between 200 iu hCG and 0.25 mg AI e3d. I'll post the results here once i get them.

only posting the stuff that are important and out of range. based on this BW it looks like my E2 is way down even on 0.5 mgs AI per week, also noticed a significant drop in my Test levels, as you all know i bee injecting 24mgs eod, so i will increase my test dose back to 30 mgs eod and hopefully my e2 will come up in good range. i am happy about my liver function despite the once a day ibuprofen and once a day baby aspirin. i hope the two e2 tests can give you some prospective as to how they compare, i don't see much difference! feeling good but not my best. here is my blood work,

I didn't want to be the first to post this about my EOD findings, but since Bass has commented I will follow suit.

When I went from 2x/week subq to EOD subq my total T went from 810 to 700. I was doing 40 mg 2x/week, then went to 22 mg EOD (22 times 3.5 = 78 mg). I increased to 26 mg EOD and got my results back to where they were when doing 40 mg 2x/week. I always do my BW at a trough. On 2x/week I inected Sun AM and Wed PM. BW was drawn Wed AM. When doing EOD, I did BW on the day I was going to inject my T in the evening, and BW was pulled in the AM.

Seems strange, but doing EOD may require a slightly higher amount of Test to keep blood levels where you want them. My E2 levels have been great though. Even now with my Total T back in the low 800's and doing EOD, I don't have to take any AI. I had to take 0.3 mg of AI 2x/week when doing 40 mg of T 2x/week. Obviously, I have less T spikes when doing EOD.

FYI, I am doing 100 IU of HCG EOD too, and still no E2 issues.

Good to see you did both e2 test together. Have you noticed ED issues or poor libido with levels that low. Any idea where your SHBG is?

no issue with ED, libido still okay, not as aggressive as when i was on 200 mgs per week, but good enough. my SHBG is probably below normal by now, always been in the tank.

exactly why i went eod is to control E2 better, and it seems to be working. not only that but also able to control hemoglobin better, but made no difference in RBC level. next time I'll be donating double reds.

no worries bro, been eating tons of organic fruits, just need to cut back. i did both e2 tests just to see what the difference is between the two. igf wasn't that high prior to TRT, i think it was mid range!

probably not Kel, but it seems to control e2 better, i might go back to twice a week once it gets old pining eod!

Add 1000-2000mg per day of cinnamon to help with your glucose levels. It does make a difference and will help.

Bass, thanks for posting. As you know, Total Chol and LDL is probably getting a few looks from your doctor. For me, some of that's just genetic, and follows suit with my iron and high ferritin.

Leaning with what Kelkel stated on the eod protocol. I'm still shocked that your E2 had dropped so low to begin with, but I'd be doing all that I can to get it back in the 20's or 30's on the sensitive assay. Going 2x or even 1x week would be IMO beneficial.

Wow Bass, you're a pretty fit looking guy for those Total Chol and LDL figures. Are you genetically predisposed to this? Or was it a result of your diet recently you think? Based on this data, are still going to continue with Subq?

Vette, i am not worried about my cholesterol, i always look at the ration which is more important, unfortunately the slightly elevated cholesterol runs in my family, but no one died from heart disease. been thinking about doing twice a week protocol and increase the doe a little.

API, not as fit as i like to be, still carry allot of fat around mid section. my Triglycerides are very low, i believe high Triglycerides are probably more harmful than total cholesterols. been eating lots of whole eggs and other cholesterol rich foods like red meat, i will cut back on red meat to lower the total. again the ratio is what really matters.
