I finished my 1st ycle in Mid March. 500mg Test E per week (250 Mon, 250 thurs). Then went through my PCT programme fine. I want to do a 2nd cycle however I'm not sure when is best to start it. how long would you normally leave it after your first cycle has ended ? Thanks

Thanks for the info. Was thinking of doing teh same again, 500mg weely, split 205 Mon & 250 Thurs. I had great results the first time. Went from 10 stones - 12 stones since Jan which has been great
