    hey big fish welcome man!

    based on ur stats ur maintenance cals are roughly: 2550cals

    the above diet will put u well over a 1000cal surplus.

    what r u trying to do? this diet will very likely make u fat unless u have the metabolism of a hummingbird..

    at 16-18%bf i would be looking to cut for sure not bulk!

    Cheers for the welcome mate, so you suggest I lower my cals? I'm on a test cyp cycle So I am bulking at the minute I'm not to fussed about looking "ripped" I want to look bulky but I am noticing my bf increasing quickly, I'm eating like a horse at the minute, I was wondering when I should start loosing bf during or after cycle and maybe a better diet plan

    if i were u id reduce cals down to 3000.. maybe 3100.. ive got 10lbs LBM more than u and am only bulking at 3200.. its a little late now but i would suggest u get a proper diet in order BEFORE u consider running another cycle. diet is very important. as important as ur cycle itself IMO. everything needs to be dialed in for u to get the best results possible.

    3000cals
    300g pro
    337g carbs
    50g fat
    40/45/15 pro/carb/fat

    also i would suggest cutting to 10% bf before cycling in the future.

    now that ur on cycle ur gonna have to wait until after ur pct before u can consider a cut if u want a chance at keeping ur gains IMO. how long have u been on?

    I'm in my 4 out of 12 weeks at the minute, I will calm down with the calories then, my cardio is only cycling 8 miles a day so I will get a bit more cardio under my belt to, thank you
