Hi all, new to the this type of scene.. looking for some advice to give me a boost in losing weight/gaining strength. Sorry if it seems newbie, I read a few stickies but didn't really get an answer to what I was wondering.
First some background..
I spend my 18-22 years in the USMC, and was by far in the best shape of my life. I was even appointed a position of authority over the light-duty Marines: pretty much the guys who could run, but pullups/pushups/situps part of their PFT was pathetic, and it was my job to get them up to par. I'm no stranger to physical activity, I have my own type of working out, similar to Crossfit type exercises. I like functional strength, I don't need to be huge, a body builder, or ripped poster board type.. I just want to get back to lean and mean. Coming home and starting a family, I got lazy. The last two years I didn't do anything but work and learn to be a father and husband..
To the point..
Now that I've gotten comfortable in my new life, I'm looking for a boost to get back in shape. I've been doing P90X for a little over a month now; I haven't really lost weight but I can see the positive changes in my body, and I'm getting stronger and my cardio is improving. I just want a little 'bump' to help progess move a little faster. From a friend, I was given a bottle of Clen, Test 600x, and Deca 200 from the online website that I'm guessing is a sponsor of this forum.. Just from reading I gather I've got some good stuff.. My goal is to finish "leaning out" and losing fat to get back to my former slim self, then try and pack on some lean, hard muscle. I'm thinking I should take the Clen by itself in a 2 week on, 2 off cycle, and once down to the size and weight I like, take the Test600x and Deca 200 as a stack. Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated, I've never taken a 'steroid' before. Liver fix, anti-estrogen, anything else necessary or recommended? I eat pretty healthy, and the only supplement I take is a shaker cup of whey protein after I workout.
I'm currently 5'10, 200lbs. Not the healthiest 200, but its definitely not all fat. Thanks in advance, sorry for the long post but wanted to provide as much info as possible
