Need help with a diet plan not the best at planning these hopin someone could give me a hand. I'm 23 245 pounds. I lift weights 5 times a week and do half hour of cardio on 3 of those days. My supplementing routine is 20 grams of whey in the morning 40 grams pre workout make my own pre workout drink consisting of 5 grams of L-arginine 5 grams of beta alanine caffeine and creatine and take a L-carnatine tablet with it then 40 grams whey post workout then 40 grams casein before bed. Now just need to get the diet down hard I wanna shred at least 35 to 40 pounds. If someone can give me a idea of maybe a week of a diet plan would be super awesome. Thanks guys
